Scope: 24-hour constant discharge test pumping, water quality analysis, submission of test report.

Scope: Fabrication and installation of elevated steel water tank and construction of a communal water point.

- CR12
- PIN Number
- Duly filled and stamped BOQ for each tender
- Relevant NCA Registration & Licenses (preferably Civil, Water, Mechanical)
- CVs and qualifications of key technical staff
- Proof of similar assignments completed
- Audited accounts (last 2 years) or bank statements
