This tender includes:

  • Construction of an 8.6m × 3.4m utility building (foundations, masonry, roofing, finishes, doors & windows)
  • Installation of a solar-powered lighting system, including solar panels, inverter, lithium batteries, wiring, lighting points, sockets, and protection devices
  • Associated fencing and service installation works

The project is funded by Terre des Hommes (TdH) Netherlands under the Ethiopia Joint Response (EJR) Project and implemented by SND Ethiopia.

📌 Eligibility & Requirements (Summary)

Interested bidders must demonstrate:

  • Valid business license, registration, TIN, VAT (if applicable), and tax clearance
  • Contractor registration with the Ethiopian Construction Authority (ECA) (Building and/or Solar/Electrical category)
  • Qualified technical staff (Construction Supervisor/Engineer & Licensed Electrician/Solar Technician)
  • Proven experience in building construction and solar installations
  • Financial capacity (bank statements or audited accounts)
