Strategies for Northern Development (SND) is a local non-governmental organization committed to empowering nomadic pastoralist communities in Northern Kenya and Southern Ethiopia. Since its registration with the NGO Coordination Board in 2007, SND has been dedicated to building resilience, improving livelihoods, and promoting sustainable development among pastoralist communities.
Through funding from the World Food Programme (WFP), SND is implementing the Positive Deviance Hearth Project in Loosuk Ward, Samburu County. As part of this initiative, we aim to support selected schools with high-quality, certified seeds from a recognized seed company in Kenya.
INVITATION TO BID
SND now invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of certified seeds as per the specifications outlined in the tender document.
Submission Guidelines:
🔹 Quotations must adhere to the specifications provided in the tender document (access via the link below).
🔹 All bids must be submitted on or before 23rd February 2025.
🔹 Bids can be sent via email to procurement@sndafrica.org or delivered in person to any of our offices in Maralal, Isiolo, Marsabit, or Moyale.
🔹 The RFQ should be referenced as SND-WFP Seed-2025 in the email subject line or clearly marked on the envelope for physical submissions.
