Strategies for Northern Development (SND) is a local NGO established in 2007, working with nomadic pastoralist communities in Northern Kenya and Southern Ethiopia. Guided by our mission to empower and transform communities to be more resilient and self-reliant, we focus on peacebuilding, humanitarian response, gender and inclusion, climate resilience, livelihoods, WASH, and institutional effectiveness.
With support from SIDA through DRC, SND invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit quotations for:
Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Shadenets, Shadenet Structures and Drip Irrigation Systems

Scope of Work:

Supply, delivery, and installation of 3m³ plastic water tank with associated plumbing works.

Fabrication and installation of elevated tank structures.

Construction and installation of shade net structures (12m x 12m) with 75% shade net cover.

Provision and installation of drip irrigation system and fittings.

Supply of farm tools & equipment and training of beneficiaries.

Fabrication and installation of a project signboard.
